Improved Lighting & Weather

Improvements to the environment lighting and weather. Does not affect gameplay. This mod was balanced around default gamma and brightness (20 gamma 12 brightness) What this mod does: Enables sun/moon (on appropriate maps) Changed some skyboxes to fit the regions better Varied skyboxes in regions Fog overhaul for most maps. More or less fog depending on environment. Altered fog color for certain environments. Color improvements in various maps. (post processing has been changed for most) Balances brightness to be visually pleasing but still playable Fixes contrast Dynamic light has been changed for most maps, specifically underground maps (reduced spotlights on units) I am open to suggestions, but because this has taken so long, (some want darker, some want brighter, some want rain, some don't, etc..) just keep in mind i can't please every person, i will use my own judgement on what is good for this mod.
