📋 About This Mod
Removes the penalties for the player(s) and bonuses fpr the AI, so that AR between player vs AI is equal to AI vs AI and player vs player. Doesn't change balancing between units/roles. Skill Point Mod for TWW2: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1149603950
