Vampiric Resurgence

This mod is a compilation of new features, quality of life changes, bug fixes and miscellaneous tweaks to the Vampire Counts factions. Features • The following factions: Carsteins, Sylvania, Necrarch Brotherhood, Followers of Nagash and The Awakened now offers a dilemma at the beginning of the campaign with a choice for a custom start • Restructured the Tech tree in a style inspired by the Bloodlines • Added a script that when the Carsteins and Sylvania are both under AI control they are forced in to a confederation, chosen at random but weighted in favor of The Carsteins • 'Summon Spirit Host' is an Army Ability which offers an in combat summon ability depending on the amount of Vampiric Corruption in the province • 'Ghostly Howl' active ability to the Tomb Banshee (Copy of Medusa RoR Wail) • 'Infested' passive ability to Terrorgheists (Copy of Gaseous Demise) • 'Bat Swarm' army ability to the Forest building chain (Copy of Flock of Doom) • Wight Kings now have Black Orc Big Boss style skills Tweaks • Added attrition immunity to the Channeling stance • Using the Channeling Stance in the Northern Grey Mountains province has a 60% chance to add Mournguls in the raise dead pool • Added a trait for spending 10 turns in the Channeling Stance (-5% Recruitment Cost Reduction for Raise Dead) • Replaced the vanilla Raiding stance with a new one which in addition adds Vampiric Corruption • Added a script to unshackle The Barrow Legion when played by the AI • Streamlined the initial AI Personality Groups depending on difficulty level for both major and minor Vampire Count factions • Changed the Faction Uniform colours for the Carsteins, Sylvania and Templehof • Added a new Carstein banner flag based on art from the 8th edition army book • Some abilities such as Red Fury & Blood Lust have been changed to be self only to better match the 8th edition army book • Renamed Banshee to Tomb Banshee • Added a couple of dummy effects to the 'Obedience to the Vampires' tooltip to reflec
