Background Income 5k

This mod will double the background income from 2. 5k to 5k for all factions (AI & players). Thus, the following effects are expected: 1) more units/armies generation in all factions. 2) faster economic and military progression. 3) horde armies will be stronger since they mainly rely on background income. Note 1: This simple mod should be working with all other overhaul mods, such as SFO and radious; working with multi-players games; and working with any new update patches. (Just enable outdated mods to use it) Note 2: The Beastmen and Tomb King factions have no background income (disable by CA), so this mod will double their initial army limit cap from 1 to 2 (players only), to enhance their progression. Thanks & enjoy your game!
