📋 About This Mod
WH3 Replay Player Switcher is an unofficial standalone utility for Total War: WARHAMMER III.
The application allows you to select which player or side is locally controlled when opening a battle replay. It supports standard battle replays and battles launched from a campaign.
The program automatically analyzes the selected replay, detects the available players, and lets you choose which participant should be locally controlled. The converted replay is saved as a new file, so the original replay is not overwritten.
This project is still experimental. Some replay types, player configurations, and future game versions may not be fully supported. The application may behave unexpectedly with unsupported or previously modified replay files. Always keep an untouched backup of the original replay.
