📋 About This Mod
With the latest update to TWW3 breaking even more of the game, the increase of the DLC price, the DLC offering less than the cheaper DLCs,
and CA having allowed a male artist to sexually harass female staff
with impunity, I'm no longer modding Total War Warhammer 3.
You can read more on the sexual harassment here: https://www.gamedeveloper.com/culture/creative-assembly-accused-of-ignoring-sexual-harassment-by-key-staffer
When a faction has been destroyed, you are able to revive them at the ruins of their original settlements. Simply have a character interact with it, and chose the "Do Nothing" option. After that, a dilemma will trigger, which allows you to bring back a faction from the dead.
Not only that, if you have plenty of funds, you can bolster their army's strength.

For 1000, they will have an army of 5 units.
For 3000, 10 units.
For 8000, 15 units.
Not only that, after reviving them, another dilemma is triggered, where you can choose to make them a military ally, a vassal, or leave them be.
And they will appreciate you reviving them, with a nice diplomatic bonus between your faction and theirs.
This is save game compatible, and multiplayer compatible.
IF THEY WERE CONFEDERATED, THEY WILL SPAWN BUGGED. VANILLA TWW3 ISSUE, NOT A PROBLEM IN TWW2, BLAME CA
Incompatibility:
Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords - It uses Confederation behind the scenes. I did add a possible workaround, but no guarantee.
