If to use the mod file directly, please unsubscribe any other miaoying reskin mod and make sure it is deleted from the workshop folder, it should be in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\xxxxx\xxxxx.
If so, then the files to put in the data folder should be one .pack file and one .png file(not the miaoyinreskin1 folder itself). Both named as miaoyinreskin1. It should show in the launcher as miaoyinreskin1 as well. If it still not work, try rename all miaoyinreskin1.pack and miaoyinreskin1.png as 0miaoyinreskin1.pack, 0miaoyinreskin1.png and restart steam
