warchief class (v.273)

This is the class from warchief v1. 6, originally written by Minesweeper. I noticed some things were left unfinished. The War tab should have been the first tab. Tribal Justice and Debilitating Fervor didn't work right, Great Fortitude was really great (it is at 80% of it's initial health bonus now), and some of the buffs were annoying looking. Some UnitThemes didn't show when a mob was debuffed.. And there was no original artwork for the class. The animation for the class selection screen is still sometimes wrong for the male character, I don't understand how to remove an animation from the class. But the bugs I found, those are ironed out. The balance issues I had problems with, those are fixed. And there is new art for the icons and tabs.
