Map scrolls updated

So far the changes are (they only affect mapworks): - All maps have been changed to be level 43-105. - Added some affixes - Maps now roll from 1 to 6 affixes, and all affixes can roll on all maps. - Slightly increased spawnrates - Added and changed spawnclasses, that means that now you can encounter a lot of different enemy types - Added the Ice Labs and Desert Caves to the map pool - Added The toy collector by Chewtoy (I deleted the doll appearing in each town and the new potions) and The Endless Dungeon . I excluded some things from the later like the recipes and accessing to the dungeon other than from the mapworks Changelog 8/8: - Added 2 mods: - The toy collector: mapworks overhaul, to improve mapworks by adding a lot of useful merchants - The endless dungeon, see how far you can get!
