Leveling Tweaks (v1)

This mod is very simple. All it does is that every 5 levels you gain 1 extra skillpoint and 2 extra stat points. I made this for 2 reasons. The first is because it promotes experimentation with character builds, if you have a few extra points you will be more likely to try new things without screwing your current build. And the second is because if you don't decide to experiment you get a little more powerful. I have only made this to the point of level 100 right now but if enough people ask i can increase that to pretty much any amount. In the end you only gain 20 skill points and 40 stat points with the current build.
