Avali Additions

Adds several new mid to late game weapons for the avali race! Balance was only partially considered. Even still, PLEASE tell me if something is unbalanced. I need feedback in order to know how to tune items, because I'm not the greatest at the game lol. This mod is still very unfinished. Expect bugs. I'll update if/when I have time. Bug reports and suggestions are welcome! Oh also if you're one of my friends wondering why I'm developing an extension for a furry mod: I like sci-fi. Avalis have really cool tech. I also think they look neat :) Special Credits: - Ryuujinzero (Avali creator) - TwoLoong (Developer and artist) - RjuukazXeycs (Developer) - MrPlague (MrPlague's Authentic Races creator) - Its A Seeya (VFX+ creator) - Arch Blake (Developer of 1. 4 adaptation) Changelog: 0. 3: - Fixed: Resized several broken textures - Added: Alloy forge crafting station and "HTR Alloy", a post mech-boss material. - Added: Avali drone, a post mech-boss summon - Fixed: Fixed bug with railgun strikes not properly handling splash damage - Fixed: Fixed several incorrectly sized hitboxes - Changed: Tuned down the fire rate of the makeshift railgun 0. 2: - Changed: Renamed "railgun strike" to "railgun barrage" - Added: Railgun strike (v2): Calls down a single powerful railgun shot - Changed: Updated graphics for all orbital armaments. 0. 1: Mod created! - Added: Three railguns - Avali weapons for hardmode! - Added: Railgun strike - A post moon-lord weapon that rains hellfire from above.
