Subaru's RBD (Re:ZERO)

Remove vanilla death sound and replace it with Subaru’s Return by Death sound effect, plus instant respawn and optional debuffs, (almost) everything is configurable. Current features: -Instant respawn (configurable to keep vanilla behavior, or only play the sound effect on respawn). -Obstructed, Slow, and Weakness debuffs on respawn to capture Subaru’s insanity! (configurable if you don’t want them, plus I added a cool flash effect, removable too). -NEW! Typing “I can return by death” on the chat, makes you more likely to be attacked by enemies, while also boosting spawn rates. Just don’t say it near NPCs! -NEW! Configurable penalty system (enabled by default): if you die too many times in a short time, instant respawn will be disabled until you stop dying (like Subaru).
