Retro Lighting Fix

Ever wanted to use the crappy lighting modes with fancy modern shader effects? THEN THIS IS THE MOD FOR YOU!!! This mod allows for screen shaders used in modern mods, whilst also reducing the amount of extra resources the game uses for tiles and liquids. (Dispite Retro/Trippy lighting giving LESS performance in general, this is because tiles are still drawn EVERY FRAME.) This mod could be used a dependency by larger mods to prevent having to deal with Retro/Trippy lighting and its consequences.
