No NPC Murder

Simple mod that makes town NPCs sell items that they would normally drop on death (ie the Princess sells the Resonance Scepter, the Dye Trader sells the Exotic Scimitar, etc) so that you don't have to kill them. Most of the items are sold directly by the NPC that drops them, but a few aren't: The Classy Cane and Green Hat are sold by the Clothier when their respective npcs are present, since their npcs do not have shops. The Ale Tosser is sold by the Merchant when the Tavernkeep is present, to avoid overflowing the Tavernkeep's invetory post-Golem. The Peddler's Hat is sold by the Clothier while the Traveling Merchant is present. The Red Hat is also only sold during Halloween, matching the condition for the rest of the Clothier's outfit.
