Permanent Boss Summons

Rather simple QOL mod that makes all vanilla boss and event summons no longer be consumed upon use, as well as no longer stack-able. Server configuration options have been added, allowing the choice between which items can and can't be stacked as well as which items will and won't be consumed on use. Lihzahrd Power Cell and Eternia Crystal may appear to be consumed on use, however a copy will attempt to be placed in your inventory and may drop on the ground!
