Dtboss' no friendly projectiles

This hides friendly projectiles, dust, and supported custom particles from other players on your screen. Your own projectiles still deal damage as normal, and the config lets you choose what to disable for other players or for yourself, mainly to let you hide your own summons. Currently the only mod with support for custom modded particle systems, including Calamity custom particles.
