Madi's Starter Bags

This mod adds starter bags that can help speed up the early game and early hardmode. Use the config to change the quality of bag drops! Mostly made because I felt like starting modded playthroughs would benefit from the early game/early hardmode segments going a bit faster. I finished the first version of this mod in a day, about 10 hours. Please read the tooltips, and have fun!
