Walkable And Stackable FloodGates [ModContest1]

Add walkable and stackable flood gates, so you don't need make weird workarounds for your damm's Perhaps the old floodgates were designed like that on purpose but i really did not like it xD To componsate though these are bit more exepensive in both science and resources (due to needing a gear) In the future i would love to improve the design a bit still and hopefully make a script for vertical synchronization but that's.. in the future perhaps.. Hope fellow players can enjoy this one~ -> it was odd to me, that i could not find a mod like this .. perhaps i missed it ^^' Special thanks to Knatte_Anka for the mod creation videos :)
