Rice Powder

Adds "Rice Powder" to the game. Totally normal rice powder. Absolutely culinary. No further questions. Under the energizing effects of Rice Powder™, your beavers become suspiciously productive: they move faster, work faster, and suddenly decide that sleep is an overrated social construct invented by lazy beavers. Of course, moderation is important… allegedly. Too much Rice Powder™ may lead certain hardworking citizens to develop a strong professional enthusiasm for acquiring increasingly larger quantities of Rice Powder. Be warned: severe enthusiasm may reduce a beaver's life expectancy and trigger unpleasant totally unrelated side effects when the supply mysteriously stops. The completely unrelated symptoms will fade with time, discipline, and personal growth… or, you know, by acquiring more of the thing they're definitely not addicted to.
