Save Custom Difficulties [ModContest1]

Allows saving & loading custom difficulty presets. Share yours online with others, or try theirs! My main personal use is not having to set Hard mode's wet season to 13 - 17 days each time I restart. !! When loading a previously created profile in New Game setup, leave the native difficulty on Normal !! It's an odd, known engine quirk - creating a new difficulty from the Hard setting "Customize" menu will fail to Load properly specifically in when Hard is selected for a new game. You're fine to create and save a new profile from Hard, since you simply click "Start" after doing so, it's purely when loading in already-existing profiles. I'll continue to look into a fix. Guide: Inside the "Customize" menu there are now two buttons to Load or Save profiles. These can be found in their own folder alongside your usual Timberborn save data folder, with a shortcut in each menu to your machine's storage - where they can be deleted, backed up, or shared with others online. Requires Harmony.
