Small River: A Riverborne Addon

Adds a small sending dock (Raft Castoff) and a small receiving dock (Raft Catch) under District Management to eMKa's Riverborne, for when your river doesn't have much space. Adds a Weir - made out of old rafts - under Landscaping, blocks water but allows some water and your rafts to pass over. Like a real weir, unattended rafts may tumble and even become stuck, requires a sufficient amount of running water. Blueprints, Models and icons are modified versions of the Riverborne ones. Except the Weir icon, but that should be obvious. Requires Riverborne to work. Since I only changed the looks and size of the buildings, dispatch and pickup theoretically works for Catch and Castoff respectively, use at your own peril.
