Serrated Shiv Stock 1 => 2 . Serrated Shiv Cooldown 4s => 10s . Serrated Shiv now recharges 2 stock at once. Serrated Shiv now sidesteps . Same thing here, but this one is more suited for applying Hemmorhage and or with Lights Out, although harder to use effectively and with no AoE. Utility Changes: Smoke Bomb Cooldown 6s => 8s . Decent nerf to a get out of jail free card, making it require more thought before using, hopefully. Smoke Bomb now ignites. Ignition Tank Special Changes: Lights Out Damage Coefficient 600% => 800% .
