Address oversight with previous version applying armor to health cost. 0.2.0 Updated to fix an entirely separate issue where Warped Echo completely ignores all armor. 0.1.1 Changed to affect all delayed damage, since it was still too effective at high stacks. 0.1.0 Only the initial tick of damage causes E8 curse.
No longer completely ignores one-shot protection, armor, and Eclipse 8 permanent damage.
