BlightReturns Basically reworks Blight into the debuff from Acrid's Alt Primary in Returns. Server-side and Vanilla-compatible. This will affect other mods that use the Blight DoT. Changes Blight duration increased from 5s -> 10s Blight duration refreshes on new stack. Blight damage no longer increases with stack. Blight now increases damage taken by 5% per stack. Goal is to address lategame/multiplayer scaling as well as to allow the debuff to synergize with skills and items. Extended duration makes it play better with Epidemic, as default Blight's 5s duration makes it pretty useless when spread. On stage 1 this will now allow Epidemic to kill Lemurians, albeit very slowly over 10 seconds of DoT.
