BetterExploration ROR2 simply isnt fun anymore, and i think i know why. End Cities are too common . To fix this, there is now a 66% chance that buildings on commencement just wont fucking spawn. Leave the map and go find a different commencement.
Fixes RoR2 by making End Cities 3x less common.
