Chinese Civil Servant

Chinese Civil Servant This mod adds the Chinese bureaucratic system to the City Hall, bringing you a highly realistic civil servant promotion path! From a grassroots clerk grinding out paperwork to a powerful Deputy Mayor, experience a political career full of sweat and power struggles. Core Mechanics: Realistic Talent Recruitment and Grading: Perfectly recreates real-world recruitment rules. A standard Bachelor's degree means you can only start grinding from "Staff Member"; having a Master's degree lets you start directly as a "Lv4 Principal Staff Member"; and with a Ph. D., you can jump right in as a "Lv2 Principal Staff Member"! "White+Black, 5+2" Mid-Level Ordeal: When you are promoted to pivotal mid-level positions like "Chief of Personnel Section" or "Deputy Director of Secretariat Division," the system will forcibly increase your working hours. Experience the grueling reality of a system backbone "going bald from writing materials"—this is the unavoidable path to the top. Power Monetization and Political Influence: Officialdom isn't just about your base salary. Once you break through the division level to become the "Secretary-General of the Municipal Government" or even "Deputy Mayor," you will automatically and continuously generate Political Influence. Class-Divided Emotions and Stress: The higher the position, the better the hidden perks! Grassroots clerks will lose some of their Fun value every day at work; however, when you become a top-level leader, work is no longer boring, replaced instead by a sense of "Satisfaction" and being respected. Complete 9-Level Promotion Track: Starting Out: Staff Member Advancement: Lv4 Principal Staff Member -> Lv3 Principal Staff Member -> Lv2 Principal Staff Member Mid-Level Pillars: Chief of Personnel Section -> Deputy Director of Secretariat Division -> Director of General Affairs Division Top-Level Decision Makers: Secretary-General of the Municipal Government -> Deputy Mayor Compatibility Notes: The salary gradient
