Free education

DESCRIPTION This mod makes adult education free, like in some European Countries. The cost of training materials and other similar minor expenses the student usually has to pay for has not been taken into account, making this mod TRULY free education. EFFECT Affected education: - Trade Schools - Medical - University - Diploma Short courses are NOT included in this mod, as they are usually not free IRL. COMPATIBILITY This mod modifies the following files: data/educations/tradeSchoolEdu.xml data/educations/healthEdu.xml data/educations/universityEdu.xml data/educations/diplomaEdu.xml It would be better if the game had some sort of "relative education cost to other country" value so i could set that to zero, as this mod only deals with the default education that is in the game, so NO OTHER EDUCATION MODS will be affected. GAMEPLAY For gameplay accuracy, you would use this mod on cities in these locations: Austria Belgium Bulgaria Cyprus Czech republic Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Iceland Italy Luxembourgh Malta Norway Poland Slovenia Spain * Sweden However, there is nothing stopping you from using this mod on any other map.
