A comprehensive healthcare & telemedicine overhaul for This Grand Life 2: adding ambulance and rehab careers, more than three consolidated sites, tougher XP progression, longer and pricier CERT/DIP/DEG with exam bonuses, rebalanced wages, and varied, job-locked activities with sensible intervals and status effects. Adds Healthcare Businesses - Clinic & Rehab Adds two advanced businesses to the Healthcare mod: Community Health Clinic and Rehabilitation & Sports Center. Each comes with sector-themed contracts (e.g. flu drives, screenings, post-op rehab, stroke intensive) and new purchasable medical wares (vaccination supplies, test kits, PPE, telehealth licenses, rehab equipment). Get the Business Permit, pick the business in the Advanced tab, buy inputs, take contracts - these generate work hours for your income roles, which then pay out via the business income.
