Figure Skating Career

It is always recommended that you make a clean save prior to using or updating this mod. (see section about Clean Saving) Failure to uninstall the previous version of this mod and making a clean save may result in undesired consequences. (in my testing it made sims unable to quit any job.)

With this update the career had to be remade using Zerbu's mod constructor. Sadly it appears Neia's Create-a-career is no longer being supported. However with Mod Constructor I was able to add a few new features to the career track. Daily task and work from home features however are currently not supported. It is now recommended to have the Seasons Expansion Pack!

I have tested the previous update and it seems to be working If you have any issues please let me know. Fixed a few grammar errors and added text for all game languages in English so it isn't just blank for users not using English. Translations (via Google translate as English is my only language sorry.) may come if requested sorry for not addressing this sooner.

Clean Saving

:

To make a clean save uninstall the previous version of this mod by removing all of its components from your mods folder. Also be sure to remove any other career mods that you may have installed (unless they have already been updated for the July 31st patch.)  Then load your save that you plan on using with this mod. Make a new save, then install the updated version of this mod.

Adds Figure Skating career to Sims 4. It is a basic 10 level single track career. Primary skills are Charisma and Fitness. Energy is the ideal mood. Top pay for level 10 is $360hr or $2520 a day. Work schedule is 3:00pm to 10:00pm days off are Sunday and Monday for all levels.

Seasons Expansion Pack

New features added in v1. 5:

Higher levels in the career track will require ice skating practice for 1 hours. Certain promotion levels of the career track will award various type and quality ice skating rinks from the Seasons Expansion Pack. Unfortunately if you don't have the Seasons Expansion Pack I don't know how it will affect you because I cant test it. So it is recommended to have the Seasons Expansion Pack.

Install:

The download is a 7z file which is an archive file. It requires a program to decompress and extract the files. Various archive programs exist that can open this file. The one I use is downloaded here https://www. 7-zip.org/

Extract the 7z to your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder. You can put it in a sub folder but only one level because it is a script mod and cannot be in more that one sub-level in the mods folder.
