San Isla

A large custom world for The Sims 3!

“San Isla has it all. A bustling Downtown and Main Street, the rural charm of the Countryside, a  mystical and Supernatural Bay, private islands with Beachfront bliss, and even a misty Bayou. No matter where you choose to live, San Isla is a Utopia for Sims with its rich, diverse landscape. A place that has everything you could ever need to create your own long lasting legacy.”

Thank you for downloading my Sims 3 world of San Isla! This has been a huge passion project of mine for a few years now, and I’m so excited to finally be able to share it with you. I hope you have as much fun with it as I do!

The world comes fully populated with residential lots, community lots, houseboats and even diving lots to explore. All spawners are located throughout the world as well. There are 24 families in this world, some of which are inspired by some of my favourite

TV show and movie characters like Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, Shadow Hunters, Charmed and more! There is a mixture of families, single Sims and Supernaturals!

What's in the download folder:

In the download folder you’ll find the main World file, two versions of a master Save file, and a couple of Reference Pages too. These reference pages explain the full installation guide if you need it, and also explains the difference between the two Master Save Files (one with some CC, and one completely CC free) that are included with your download. Here is the world trailer, but check out the images attached and the full world overview on YouTube!
