Massive Repair Mod

UPDATED 7/23/2022 to work with Metal Terror DLC

When the Metal Terror DLC came out I wanted to get this working again so I updated the few files & values needed and tested

it. Sorry to everyone who's been trying for months while its been broken but with the new DLC I knew I had to push out a quick update.

Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do and thanks to the dev team for both making a great game and making simple mods like mine easy to do.

Keep in mind I have only tested this with my previous campaign save from late 2021 HOWEVER below is the method I used to test and it worked for me

Previously this only affected Campaign - not Survival mode. Not sure if that's still the case as I haven't tested with the new Metal Terror DLC.

This mod simply Increases Repair Tower range & drone range for Levels 1/2/3

• [] Way bigger range. Old value = 25. New value = radius                float:"400"

  []Number of drones increases for each higher level tower. 2/5/10. Range does not change.

Installation

Paste zip into:

Steam\steamapps\common\Riftbreaker\packs

Do Not unzip the zip.

Method I used to get it working using my previously saved campaign

• []Close the game completely. Just going back to the main menu is not sufficient, you have to close all the way back to desktop.

  []Remove the previous Massive_Repair_Mod.zip (if you still have it that is. If you don't no big deal)

  []Install the mod by pasting the new .zip file into the correct directory(see above)

  []Start your game up. Load your save.

  []Voila.

  caveat* - I have heard previously you needed to delete the old towers to get things to work but I simply have not seen this behavior. If the mod is loaded correctly it should work.

  TIP:

  Look at your minimap when placing a tower (in construction/build mode I mean) and you should see a much bigger radius. That should tell you pretty quickly if you've installed it correctly

  Another good test if you're just starting out is to build 1 tower pretty far away from where you're being attacked and see if the drones both launch from the tower and then follow them over to make sure they have the 400 radius.
