Increases the research speed of communications hubs and laboratories. Increases energy requirement for comm hubs by 50%.

Communications hub level 1 research speed increased from 1 to 1. 5. Energy needed increased from 50 to 75.

Communications hub level 2 research speed increased from 2 to 3. Energy needed increased from 100 to 150.

Communications hub level 3 research speed increased from 3 to 4. Energy needed increased from 200 to 300.

Communications hub level 4 research speed increased from 4 to 5. Energy needed increased from 400 to 600.

Communications hub level 5 research speed increased from 5 to 7. Energy needed increased from 800 to 1200. (For comparison, laboratory

level 5 requires 4000 energy)

Laboratory level 1 research speed increased from 1 to 1. 5.

Laboratory level 2 research speed increased from 2 to 3.

Laboratory level 3 research speed increased from 3 to 4.

Laboratory level 4 research speed increased from 4 to 5.

Laboratory level 5 research speed increased from 5 to 7.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Level 1 research buildings will show speed as +2, but it is actually +1. 5 per building. If you build 2 of them, you can see that your research rate is +3 in the research menu.

INSTALLATION:

To install on steam, browse to your game's mods directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Riftbreaker\mods by default). If this is your first time installing a mod, you may need to create the 'mods' folder. Place the downloaded file in the mods folder and do not unzip it.

Does not require a new game to work, however, any existing buildings will use unmodded values. Delete and rebuild them for the mod to take effect.
