Adds NoAptitude/dummy background for testing purposes
1. Install SML: https://www.nexusmods.com/theouterworlds2/mods/1
2. Unpack the files into <game_folder>\Arkansas\Content\Paks\~mods\
(if "~mods" diretory does not exist you can create it)
3. Execute console command in game:
setaptitudedebug Empty
1. setaptitudedebug Any_DEFAULT_BACKGROUND
2. delete files
FUN FACT: if you delete the mod before changing the aptitude you will have a truly non-existent background. Like, at all, not even menu entry.
