Not mine, I tried mimicking Shad0wrend's idea and open the slots for modding on deVries Jacket but coudln't do it alone. So he made it for me in the end.
Here it is, now you can rock what is (In my particular opinion) the nicest piece of light armor in the game without being gimped.
Remember that you can console command to equip your favorite unique mod on this clothes, that way you can use that sweet Precog and not wander around on red rubber boots.
