The Outer Worlds / Spacer's Choice Edition – Skip Intro Mod

A lightweight config-based mod for PC that skips the startup logo and intro movie sequence, getting you to the main menu faster.

What It Changes

The installer modifies:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.iniand adds the following configuration:

bWaitForMoviesToComplete=False

bMoviesAreSkippable=True

MinimumLoadingScreenDisplayTime=0. 000000

StartupMovies=Installation

• []Close the game.[/]

  []Extract the ZIP anywhere on your PC.[/]

  []Double-click

  Install_Skip_Intro.bat.[/]

  []Launch the game.[/]

The installer automatically creates a backup of your existing

Game.inibefore making any changes.

Restore / Uninstall

Double-click:

Restore_Intro.batThis removes the skip-intro configuration from

Game.iniand creates a backup before restoring the original behavior.

  []If a game update, Steam file verification, or settings reset overwrites your configuration, simply run the installer again.[/]
