Resilient Perk Buff (Spacer's Choice Edition)

Overview

This mod buffs the Resilient Tier 1 perk for The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition.

By default, Resilient only adds a flat +5 Base Armor Rating, which feels kinda boring and not super impactful, more so on higher difficulties. I wanted to make this perk more meaningful by giving it stronger variants, especially for players who enjoy playing on Supernova. Pick and choose the one that best works for you and your playstyle!

This perk buff was designed with a Supernova playthrough in mind. I also highly recommend using this mod that increases both Hard and Supernova difficulty, since the base game is known for being a bit too easy. I use the Difficulty_ Hard + SN - 7. 5x HP modifier as well as the AI tweaks that make enemies shoot about twice as much.
