Requires Peril on Gorgon DLC
Install guide:
Create a "~mods" folder in ...\The Outer Worlds\Indiana\Content\Paks\
Extract and place the .pak file there
Even with the guide here on nexus I ran into few problems with extracting and making a .pak but I finally made it to work with some trial and error
