A version of "Tinkering Adjustments" that sets the bit cost of Tinkering to 1 bit. (Note pending skill lvl and perks, tinkering maybe free up to a certain level).
- Can tinker up to level 100 + character level (up to 250 supported, can't guarantee past that, should only go up to 136 though unless you have a mod the extends player level cap).
- 1 bit top tinkering cost (might be free at lower levels pending skill lvl and perks)
