Tactical Firearms AI  Cover Priority & No Melee/Grapples

Tired of gun-wielding enemies rushing you in the open and trying to punch or grapple you? This mod changes the behavior of NPCs in The Last of Us Part II, making firefights more tactical and realistic.

Now, enemies armed with firearms act like actual shooters. They prefer to take cover, keep their distance, and rely on shooting instead of rushing into melee.

Features: 

• []Cover Priority: Firearm-armed NPCs actively seek and use cover.[/]

  []Keep Distance: They no longer rush the player in the open, preferring firefights.[/]

  []No Melee: Armed NPCs no longer use melee attacks.[/]

  []No Grapples: Armed NPCs no longer grapple the player.[/]

  []Others Unchanged: Melee-only or unarmed enemies remain unchanged and can still attack or grapple you.[/]

In the base game, the AI sometimes ignores its ranged advantage and charges into close combat. This mod fixes that, making them use cover, distance, and gunfire.

Installation:
