Changes the blood decals in the game to better ones as well as adjusts the color to be more red.
I always thought the blood looked more like mud or something so I went and tried making it look better. I removed some of the decals the game uses and replaced them with better ones, in my opinion, and adjusted the color to be more red instead of just kind of black looking.
