Ultra Long Range 990m Custom Reticle Rifle 8X16 Scope

I've spent a lot of time testing and calibrating this scope for ultra long-range shooting—up to 900 meters and beyond. Now you can truly enjoy the thrill of sniping distant targets from lookout towers. It's incredibly satisfying... I've tried it myself!

The custom reticle is specifically calibrated using the Ranger . 243 and 7MM Regent Magnum rifles with Polymer-Tip ammunition. These two rifles are ideal because of their suitable ballistic trajectories and popular hunting class ranges.

This mod enhances the 8X16 scope by adding two custom reticle overlays with 5x magnification steps. The . 243 scale reaches out to 990 meters, while the 7MM scale goes up to 998 meters.

Pls set engage targets at distances up to 300M, press F key to set

if you don't have 300M,Pls learn Zero Distance Aiming skill to least level 2.

Installation

1. Download the mod archive from this page.

2. Extract the dropzone folder from the archive.

3. Copy the entire dropzone folder into your game’s main directory.

Default Steam path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\theHunterCotW

4. Add Launch Options in Steam:

Right-click on theHunter: Call of the Wild in your Library → Properties → General → Launch Options, then paste:

--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-archive dlc_win64 --vfs-fs.

5. Launch the game via Steam .

Equip any Reticle with a 5× scope.

Ensure your Zero Distance Aiming skill is at least level 2.

Engage targets at distances up to 300m, using the new reticle markings for precise shot placement.
