All rare fur of tiger and snowleopard pop file

别和我的另一个修改稀有毛皮概率的mod一起用，这两种mod修改方法是冲突的，就用这个就行。这个更简单。

先解压文件，把animal_population_17放到存档里C:\Users\[用户名]\Documents\Avalanche Studios\Epic Games Store\COTW\Saves\6xxxxxxxxxxxxx\

替换掉原来的文件，重启游戏

Unzip the zip file and put animal_population_17 in the folder C:\Users\\Documents\Avalanche Studios\Epic Games Store\COTW\Saves\ 6xxxxxxxxxxx\ and replace the original file，restart the game.
