Smooth Camera / Camera FPS Unlocker

WHAT IT DOES Makes the camera smooth at 60hz+ by actually matching the framerate the game is running at! ORIGIN I've played terratech for quite a while and the thing I'd always have to suck up while playing was how choppy the game looked on a 240hz monitor while it was running well over 60 fps. HOW IT WORKS I found that the game runs the camera logic on the fixed update loop which causes it to update at a flat 60hz rate, so I just moved that logic into the update loop and here we are! NOTICE This mod is somewhat untested and somewhat janky. If you notice any issues with my coding style or other things, please call me out! This is my first time doing stuff with harmony. This mod overrides the camera follow logic a little but you can adjust it in settings An issue with enabling interpolation on the player tech was that bullets you fire could hit the tech itself, but I fixed this by offsetting projectile firing origins one physics frame ahead of the tech. Interpolation and the fix can be toggled in the settings. If there are any conflicts or issues with these, please let me know. Source code here
