Start by programming the component factory that has the Exotic (three green ring) component dongle to make "seed ai". This auto-programs the rest of the seed ai process. Secondly, program the isolated component factory to make blast caps finally, program the fabricator to make GSO Missile Battery. You'll have to put the blocks in scrappers to start the process, but otherwise, this factory is automatic. The player needs to refill the materials occasionally.
