The 09 Hover Surveillance Type-R is an electric, light yet medium size hovercraft who is unarmed, but manoeuvrable & fitted with the latest scout technology, best suited for mapping large areas. It also shows a strange similarity to your favourite bug, the mosquito. Can be flown as a plane or helicopter. Comes with a huge boost time and the natural ability to charge. This tech relies off Anti-grav to fly, it was deemed impossible to fly without it. No repair bubbles, nor shields, further making it unnecessary for combat. "Darn Mosquito!"
