Fusillade - Mobile Charger

The Fusillade is a mobile base charging station type hovercraft. It makes use of circuits and systems to prevent wasting fuel blocks when power is full and has an entire large silo dedicated for fuel chunks. The RR silo holding non-fuel chunks will auto sell once it's full. Intended as a support tech. Requires power to hover. Recommend ~75 for picking up resources and ~88 otherwise.
