The Ultimate Prospector's Railway. Note: I stopped at GSO and GC for now since Payload Studios is no longer working on TerraTech, at least for now... Treat this more of an experiment, I never found any way to justify trains existing in the game other then "I like trains" :D - I don't have a proper guide for any of this yet... - There is no scheduling system for trains, only a buggy at-destination request system. - Bogie colliders are buggy, namely when detached from rails - Some blocks are still pending remodels to add more APs Tony Rails is a fully physics-based rail system. This means trains can be derailed by external means and apply forces. They can also launch enemies that get in the way! Trains can move via normal tires, propellers, heck, even gun recoil! They have less drag vs non-railed Techs, permitting a faster and more controlled means of transport. INSTRUCTIONS Use the Rail Guides in the Wheels tab to set down the rails. 1. Right-click drag on the Rail Guides (block) to open the assignment menu. 2. Select the track option and click on another Rail Guide to connect rails. 3. Angles matter for rail assignment, curves too tight won't attach. 4. Rail Bogies automatically latch by distance and try to keep the trains on the rails. 5. You will need an Engine attached to the same Tech with bogies to move the train. - Boosters can also work under manual operation. 6(optional). Rail Junctions are alternate versions of Rail Guides which can fork paths. 7(optional). Use C&S to (partially) automate the rail system. This does not work for long distance since the mod doesn't load far-away C&S signals. Additionally Trains load the world wherever they go (buggy-ish and whatnot) and therefore can work far out of view. I would not advise using this in multiplayer! Logistics GSO Giver Conveyor - Gives to any Collector it is looking at. Very helpful for exporting from bases without leaving Chunks on the floor! G
