All_In_One mobile base tech (early game version)

This tech only use block from GSO grade 3/GeoCrop grade 2 and lower, it's aim for early game play. When press x, this tech will divide into 6 smaller tech list as follows: 1 refine and selling car (anchored require) _* you have to manually reset the conveyor after it transform. 1 resource gathering car 1 mobile charging car (use both solar generator and anchored generator) 1 scout car with build-in AI that can use as temporary turret. 2 basic turret with wheel (no build-in solar generator, so you have place it near the power sources)
