V3 fixes an issue of a mysteriously disappearing fortress hoverplate which caused the V2 to tilt at spawn. Also added in additional Venture repair bubbles around internal GSO hoversteering to help keep them attached. Built unstable 1. 0. 2. 6, as of 1. 1 works with vanilla game.
