[BROKEN] Gladius V2

Version 2 of the Gladius modifies the TRN variant to include anchoring capabilities and four solar panels to keep power topped off while not in use. Other techs are highly recommended for initial charge. To use this in Campaign: -Subscribe to the item, then load up Creative Mode or R&D Mode. -Click the Load Tech button (in the bottom left corner with a down arrow). -Select the "Steam" tab and you should see all your subscribed items from Steam. -Pick the tech you want, load it in game, and take a snapshot to save it. -Switch to your Campaign and the snapshot you took in Creative/R&D will be there.
